For Apple iOS 14.1 or Later:
- Go to your iPhone/iPad Settings.
- Tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Bluetooth.
- Turn on Bluetooth for ZIIP.
- Open the ZIIP App on your iPhone/iPad.
- Turn on your ZIIP device.
- Select the treatment to sync.
- The device will flash/beep three times once synced.
- Start your treatment.
This should resolve the issue. However, if it doesn’t, try uninstalling and reinstalling the ZIIP App, then repeat the steps above.
